Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the service start date: Full refund minus a £50 administration fee
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before the service start date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the service start date: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation.
